SCPC with the support of SGA and Campus Services proudly presents: GT Night at the Fox! Join us on February 27th, 2018 for Rent at The Fox Theatre. The show will begin at 7:30 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM. Please be seated by 7:20 PM. The dress code is semi-formal (or as nice as you’d like to dress) so make sure to come dressed in your favorite outfit! Please note that backpacks will not be allowed inside the Theatre. Only small handbags will be allowed, as per the Fox’s policy. All bags will be checked by security at the Fox Theatre. TICKET RSVP

An OrgSync form will be put up sometime during the week of February 12th-February 16th. We will post the link to this form on this event page when it goes live. At that point tickets will be available on a first-come first serve-basis that is dependent on the time you submitted the form and the amount of tickets we have available. Filling out this form will not guarantee that you have a confirmed ticket(s). This form will ask if you want 1 or 2 tickets and for the best email to reach you at. From there, we will send out 2 different emails based on a first-come first-serve basis. The email type will be as follows:
1. If we can confirm your tickets based on the time that you submitted the form — you will receive an email about ticket pickup (you can find out more information about this below in the ticket pickup and payment section).
2. If we cannot confirm your tickets based on the time you submitted the form — you will receive an email that you are on a waitlist for tickets. This means that if there are people that do not come to pickup their tickets within the distribution times that we give them, we will work down the waitlist in the order that the form was submitted until there are no longer any tickets remaining. When the tickets have completely sold out, we will post on this page to inform the remaining people on the waitlist that there are no tickets left.

*please note*: filling out this form will not guarantee that you have tickets. The email that you receive will inform you about whether or not you have a confirmed ticket(s).

TICKET PICKUP/PAYMENT

If you are one of the people that we guarantee will be able to have tickets based on the results of the OrgSync form, you will receive an email with information about when and where ticket pickup and payment will be happening. Please note: we will only be accepting cash and credit card payments at these pickup times. You should receive an email with your status at the latest Sunday, February 18th.

BUSES AND TRANSPORTATION

Shuttles will run from the Student Center to the Fox on the day of the event from 6:30 PM - 7:15 PM. Please note that transportation is not guaranteed, and that people will be seated on the buses on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you choose to drive to the Fox, please note that parking at the venue is not guaranteed. Shuttles will begin running back to the Student Center as soon as the show finishes and until 11pm, but there is a 20-30 minute Q&A session with select Cast members for GT students after the show!
