Mindfulness Week: Chocolate & Meditation

Health Initiatives is partnering with Yes Plus for Mindfulness Week to bring you Chocolate & Meditation. Mindfulness is beneficial in helping us to make smart nutritional choices. Participants will be lead through a meditation session focused on relaxation and then be treated to a dark chocolate tasting – dark chocolate has been shown to improve heart health and cognitive function.
