Eight national, local, and campus storytellers take center stage to share their heartwarming and compelling journeys of triumph over challenges, coming to age, isolation, confession, and revelations of truths about the complexities of their own identities. Includes a dynamic performance by GIWAYEN MATA, a nationally renowned all-female dance, percussion, and vocal ensemble.
Endorsed by the Strategic Plan Advisory Group, Georgia Tech's Transformative Narratives initiative is designed to enhance self-awareness, increase cultural competence, and connect us through the sharing of diverse identities, experiences, and perspectives. Events are free and open to faculty, staff, students, and your invited guests.
