This interactive workshop will examine common stressors of international students that arise from having to function in a different culture, provide information about the personal impact of dealing with acculturative stress, and review various strategies to enhance your cultural adjustment.
 
This workshop is a part of the Georgia Tech Counseling Center's Wellness and Stress Management series and is held in the Instructional Center (IC) Room 115. These 50-minute workshops are open to all members of the Georgia Tech community.
