Chocolate and Meditation: A Mindful Approach to Nutrition

Health Initiatives and Yesplus invite all students, faculty, and staff to explore mindful eating and practice mindfulness. Join us in the Instructional Center, room 105 to learn about the benefits of using mindfulness to make smart nutritional choices. Participants will also be lead through a meditation session focused on relaxation and then be treated to a dark chocolate tasting – dark chocolate has been shown to improve heart health and cognitive function.
