Bio

As faculty support coordinator in the dean's office, Janet Peterson provides administrative support to the associate dean of research, assistant dean of academic affairs, and others in the dean’s office.  Janet will work with the staff to execute and refine the administrative processes that support the College, including the reappointment, promotion & tenure processes, travel and expense, purchasing, and events. Prior to joining Georgia Tech in 1998, Peterson was an administrative assistant for the Katy Independent School district in Houston, Texas.
