If you're interested in the science and technology behind sports, register for MSE 4803, Materials Science and Engineering of Sports. The class covers the science an engineering behind common sports -- golf, tennis, football, swimming, running, etc. It includes a design component to "create the next" generation of sporting equipment as well as field trips to Top Golf and all the on-campus sports facilities to put the theory of the classroom into action!
