USA Today features Brown study

The USA Today reported: "An energy efficiency report suggests cost-cutting steps could save southerners big bucks this decade. The "Energy Efficiency in the South" report, led by Marilyn Brown of Georgia Tech, finds without efficiency steps, power use across 16 southern states and the District of Columbia will likely increase 16% by 2030."
