Ending Neutrality, Blocking Obscenity: EFF on Legislative Issues

Primary tabs

Join us for a discussion on Net Neutrality and Georgia H.B. 509 lead by Mitch Stoltz, Senior Staff Attorney, of the EFF.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) may repeal Net Neutrality rules that prevent discrimination in Internet traffic.  Locally, the Georgia legislature may require that Internet-access devices block obscene content (HB 509).

Join EFF’s Mitch Stoltz in a discussion about how technologists, students, and entrepreneurs can speak out about Internet policy. Mitch works on cases where free speech collides with copyright and telecommunications law.
