Jeff Jones is a PhD candidate in Information Technology and Communications Policy. His areas of interest include how communication technology can be utilized for knowledge management within public organizations, social networks and social capital within private/public partnerships, and e-government. Before returning to graduate school, Jeff worked in Washington, DC as a consultant for a number of sub agencies within the US Department of Labor including the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Jeff is currently working as a graduate research assistant for Dr. Gordon Kingsley examining the Math and Science Partnership program of the National Science Foundation.
