Airport Fun Day, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Location: DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK)

Every semester the Yellow Jacket Flying Club has a community outreach event called Airport Fun Day (AFD) where they provide 30-minute rides to GT and non-GT students, introduce elementary school students to flying, have static displays of interesting aircraft (including a jet!), helicopter training platforms, flight simulator, and cookout. This is a great opportunity to meet experts of aviation in the local vicinity and expand your network.
