This program is a "must" for prospective Georgia applicants of broadband stimulus funding and others seeking up-to-date perspectives into the Broadband Technologies Opportunities Program and other relevant aspects of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA), the application process, and the anticipated federal and state administration of these programs.
