Dr. Mark Braunstein's CS 6340 students will present their Capstone Project presentations to industry mentors, advisors, and colleagues in the health IT community. They've worked with mentors from Emory, CDC and Grady on projects aimed at providers and patients that take advantage of FHIR to access EHR and other clinical data. Some projects from last spring are moving toward actual use in patient care so this represents a unique opportunity to literally see the future of health informatics.

Please save the date for on Thursday, April 27th from 2:45 to about 6:30. The presentations will begin promptly at 2:50. Please plan to stay with us from 5:50 to about 6:30 for post presentation mixing and mingling; light fare will be provided. 

This year the presentations will be in the TSRB auditorium in Tech Square, just next door to the Centergy building. Park in the Centergy garage by turning right into the alley just before LA Fitness (and before you reach 5th Street) off of Spring Street coming south. Access the Tech Square Courtyard from Level 5 of the Centergy garage. The TSRB entrance will be on your right as you exit the garage. You will be directed from the TSRB lobby area.
