It is never too late to intentionally explore and develop your leadership skills. Leadership takes place at all levels on the Georgia Tech campus and can be applied to all areas of your personal and professional life now and in the future.

The Leading Edge (One-on-One Leadership Coaching) program is a co-curricular leadership development experience for undergraduate and graduate students to work in a one-on-one capacity with a leadership coach who has been trained in leadership development. Over the course of a semester, your coach will work with you to further develop your leadership skills by asking powerful questions that  will prompt you to reflect on your experiences.
