Patents & Trademarks: Get the Information You Need to Protect Your Intellectual Property

In 2016, the Georgia Tech Library marks its 70th years as a Patent and Trademark Resource Center. In conjunction with this, you are invited to a day-long free public seminar for inventors, entrepreneurs, educators, students, and legal professionals. The seminar is featuring invited representatives from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and runs from 8:30 a.m.-4:15 p.m.in Wilby Room, Georgia Tech Library, Ground Floor West. It will cover patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and power searching of patents and trademarks, using USPTO Patent and Trademark Databases. There will also be a panel of experts presenting Georgia Tech and local resources on invention, entrepreneurship, technology licensing, and IP legal processes.
