Dracy Blackwell is the academic program manager in the Georgia Tech School of City and Regional Planning. She is the School’s lead staff person, directly overseeing the finances, personnel work, and facilities. Dracy supervises the Academic Advisor and the Communication & Outreach Coordinator.
