Performance Management Essentials: The Power of Goal Setting

This workshop will cover strategies on writing measurable key performance objectives/standards, share examples and suggestions for writing SMART objectives/standards and provide supervisors and employees with an opportunity to practice writing measurable key performance objectives/standards for their team promoting a culture of accountability.

This session is part of the Performance Management Essentials Brown Bag and Workshop Series. In effort to provide supervisors and employees with strategies on effective performance management and to enable effectiveness and develop talent throughout campus.
