Office Closure: Independence Day Holiday

Due to the Independence Day Holiday, our offices will be closed on Monday, July 4th, 2016 and Tuesday, July 5th, 2016. During the office closure, walk-in, phone, and live chat support services will not be available. If you need assistance or experience issues during this time, please submit a help request on our website. We will respond to your help request as soon as our office re-opens.
Though our offices will be closed, we will be periodically monitoring help requests and actively monitoring the residential network for issues. Any critical issues will be addressed as the need arises.
