Full Summary: "Life is full of changes and challenges. Sometimes these are fun, and sometimes they can be extremely stressful. Your resilience--the ability to maintain or recover high levels of well-being during high levels of turbulence--is one of your most valuable assets in life. Research and experience have helped us identify a set of 'change muscles' that enable you to deal effectively with adversity. Join us to learn how to use the world as your 'Resilience Gym' and to help you strengthen your readiness for life's challenges."
