Student Conservation Association Internship

The Centennial Volunteer Ambassador is a year-long position designed to support parks around the country in expanding service and community engagement programs. This work will include:
- Coordinating and hosting hands-on service project associated with national stewardship events (i.e. Earth Day, National Trails Day, National Public Lands Day, Martin L. King Day of Service)
- Developing local events and supporting recurring group service opportunities
- Utilizing traditional and social media to build connections in the communities

Eligibility
- US Citizens ages 21-35
- Available for 1 year beginning late May 2016
- Open-minded and has an adventurous spirit
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Eager to act as an ambassador for SCA/NPS
- A college graduate or has equivalent work experience
- A licensed driver
- Able to provide references and resume with their SCA application
