Office Closure: Mid-Semester Break

Due to the gap between Spring and Summer semesters, our offices will be closed from Thursday, May 5th at 7:00pm until Monday, May 16th at 11:00am. During the office closure, walk-in, phone, and live chat support services will not be available. If you need assistance or experience issues during this time, please submit a help request on our website. We will respond to your help request as soon as our office re-opens.
Though our offices will be closed, we will be periodically monitoring help requests and actively monitoring the residential network for issues. Any critical issues will be addressed as the need arises.
Summary
Due to the mid-semester break, our offices will be closed from 7pm on May 5th until 11am on May 16th.
