The Georgia Tech International Urban Design Studio, a new initiative in the College of Architecture’s international programs and projects, will present work from the Shanghai 2009 joint project with Tongji University’s College of Architecture and Planning in Shanghai. Professors Dagenhart and Yang also will discuss the new initiative and goals for the spring 2010 collaborative studio in Atlanta.
The College of Architecture International Urban Design Studio is centered in the Master of Science--Urban Design Program, with the ongoing objective to provide an ongoing platform for faculty and students at Georgia Tech, and collaborating schools abroad, to develop common intellectual interests and explore collaborative teaching, learning and research opportunities, especially in the area of sustainable urbanism.
