Department of Housing Reminders
The Summer 2016 Housing Application is now open! Upperclassmen who want to participate in the self-assign process need to have their application submitted by April 11. Summer room assignments for upperclassmen will be available to view online April 18, and online Room Swap for Summer 2016 will open April 18. New Freshmen may apply for the Late Short Summer Session.
It’s not too late for returning students to apply for Fall 2016 campus housing. Fall room assignments can be viewed in the application, and the online Room Swap process is open. For our New Freshmen and Transfer students, the deadline to apply for Fall 2016 and be guaranteed housing is May 1.
Students that plan to move out of a residence hall or switch to their summer rooms at the end of the Spring 2016 semester should check for these dates before making travel plans. An appointment needs to be made with staff at least 24 hours in advance for a check-out and don’t forget – pack that bicycle or store it. Read all about it in our Spring 2016 Move Out Information!
