Chair Show

The sophomore studios of the School of Industrial Design were given the assignment to design and fabricate a chair for a client with a specific need and specific measurement requirements; in short, they were asked to be clients for each other.
* They were given only one 4’x8’ sheet of plywood for their chair designs
* and they were allowed to only use wood joinery connections (tongue-and-groove, notches, etc.).
* in addition, they had to complete the task in four weeks
Come and see the 20 plus chairs on display in the Stubbins Gallery. They are awesome!
