School of Computer Science to Host Women's Leadership Workshop

A two-day workshop for senior women in technology titled “Leadership:
The Final Frontier” and sponsored by the Anita Borg Institute for
Women and Technology will take place at the College of Computing June
30-July 1.
According to organizers, the goal of this by-invitation-only workshop
is to help women in the field expand their networks of colleagues,
increase their collective impact on industry and academia, explore and
evolve their personal vision and leadership style, and create an
environment where innovation and risk-taking are safe.
Confirmed speakers at the event, which is being hosted by the School of
Computer Science, are: Dr. Leah Jamieson, John A. Edwardson Dean of
Engineering and Ransburg Distinguished Professor of Electrical and
Computer Engineering, Purdue University; and Duy-Loan T. Le, Senior
