Bio
Mary Alice Isele has been the College of Computing’s chief development officer since 1998. With twenty five years of experience in all facets of institutional advancement, she orchestrated Georgia Tech’s campaign for a new advanced computing technology building, and secured the largest outright gift ($15M) by a living donor in the history of the Institute.
In the final year of her second capital campaign at Georgia Tech, Mary Alice continues to be responsible for all the College’s fund raising efforts which include the advisory board, alumni & friends, corporations, and foundations. Her corporate activities include the management of a vibrant Corporate Affiliates Program, as well as serving as the relationship coordinator for several major IT companies, such as Google and Microsoft.
She is a graduate of Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, and enjoys pro-bono consulting with nonprofits in the areas of program development, capital campaign management, board development, major gift strategy and solicitation, and communications.
She is an active member of CASE, the Engineering Development Forum (EDF), and the Network of Academic Corporate Relations Officers (NACRO).
