Freshman Marcus Marshall Named to All-ACC Academic Football Team

Marcus Marshall, a freshman undeclared major in the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts, was recently selected to be part of the 2015 All-ACC Academic Football Team.
A Raleigh, North Carolina native, running back Marshall led the Yellow Jackets last season with 654 yards rushing, four touchdowns, and made three starts in 11 games.
Marshall, along with senior Trey Braun (mechanical engineering), will represent Tech on the team. Tech has been represented on the All-ACC academic team for 18 years.
Former All-ACC Academic honorees include Peyton Manning (Tennessee, 1997) and Tim Tebow (Florida 2008, 2009).
