DanceTech Class: Dance Fitness

All levels of dance experience and ability are welcome, as with all open DanceTech classes.

The class will include an opening stretch, then several combinations ranging from ballet to jazz aimed to get your heart-rate up, and several workouts. Suggestions on what kind of stretches or combinations are always welcome. 

Wear athletic/comfortable attire, dance shoes if preferable (but not required). Bring water, because the class will include cardio and stretching.
