Happy New Year! The Georgia Tech Department of Housing hopes that you had a restful and enjoyable winter break.

We look forward to the arrival of our new incoming residents on spring move-in day, Sunday, January 10. For those who wish to arrive early, they may do so January 4-8 for an additional charge of $75.00 per night. Transfer students participating in FASET may move in on Wednesday, January 6 with no additional fee.  No one will be able to check out keys on Saturday, January 9 – so please plan your arrival accordingly.
