Design Methods: User Centered Design

This course is a primer on user research and design through visual ethnography. It explores empathy and interviewing techniques to better understand users and their implicit needs. Building on a  foundation of social sciences (psychology, sociology, cultural anthropology), this course asks students to explore the human condition and document their newfound understanding through film-making, interactive storytelling, and improvisational acting.
