Giving and Receiving Feedback

Through guided discussion and experiential learning, we highlight the importance of and build skills and knowledge around giving and receiving feedback. By the end of this session participants will be able to:

  • Articulate the importance of focusing on giving and receiving feedback,
  • Utilize a framework when prepping for and delivering feedback, and
  • Incorporate the six key components to receiving feedback into upcoming feedback sessions.
