The Georgia Tech Amateur Radio Club was able to spend a few minutes chatting via radio with International Space Station commander and Georgia Tech alum William McArthur on Jan. 19 at 10 a.m.

The students had about a 10-minute window to ask McArthur their questons when the space station was perfectly aligned to receive their signal.
