Spurlocks Ongoing Generosity Enables Semester Abroad

Gail and Barry Spurlock (ME 1965) presented a check for $50,000 this month to Professor Bettina Cothran for the Spurlock Study Abroad Scholarship Endowment Fund. Established in 2012 and endowed in perpetuity, the scholarships enable students enrolled in the German Program and German Languages for Business and Technology (LBAT) to study in Germany for a semester. The Fund resides in the Ivan Allen College School of Modern Languages.
