It’s time again to LET YOUR TASTEBUDS BE THE JUDGE at the 2nd Annual Tech Truck Tournament! Help select the campus food trucks for the next year – join us on Tech Green Thursday, April 23rd from 11am-2pm! Trucks will be selling food from their proposed menus, giving you the opportunity to get a tasty lunch and rate your purchase to help determine which trucks join the rotation going forward! Please bring your BuzzCard to participate in the voting process, but note that trucks will only accept cash or credit cards for food. Don’t forget your appetite!

This Year’s Truck Tournament Features:

• BOLLYWOOD ZING

We serve everything fresh.  All our food is cooked mild to medium spiced to cater to general public.  If you like it little spicier we have hot sauce on the side to satisfy your taste or we will be happy to ZING IT for you. Typical Indian spices we use in our food are garam masala, curry powder, tumeric powder, mango powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, cinnamon, and many more.

• BENTO BUS

The Bento Bus is bringing healthy, locally sourced, organic Japanese cuisine to the streets of Atlanta. In addition to their yummy food, the Bento Bus also focuses on providing customers with eco-friendly wares and utensils. Check out some of these tasty dishes, from warming curry to crunchy wonton chip nachos!

• MIX’D UP BURGERS

We are a rockin’ burger truck; Imagine Hard rock café on wheels, add in a couple of “Mix’D UP folks” blended finely with the best quality ingredients (purchased locally as well as renewable and friendly sources), dust heavy with love and you get the best burger and fries known to the human race!

• THE FRY GUY

Fry Guy Atlanta brings Belgian style street fries to Atlanta! They come in a cone with one of our incredible dipping sauces, or topped with the perfect combination of ingredients to bring you to french fry nirvana. Always hand-cut, always crispy, and always the best.

• MAC THE CHEESE

Mac the Cheese is a slightly retro but always fresh street food concept. We are serving up inspired comfort food made from scratch! Food that makes you feel… Warm, happy and slightly nostalgic. Inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients- we source local and organic whenever possible. Your favorite comfort foods- mac and cheese, pot roast, grilled cheeses, meatloaf sandwich and more so fresh it’ll make you say “even better than when grandma made it,” (but we won’t tell her you said that!)

Nana G's Chik-n-Waffles is family-owned and operated. If you’re looking for street food with high quality and personal service, you’ve come to the right "Food Truck." At Nana G's Chik-n-Waffles we’ll give you the attention and personal service you’ll come to expect and enjoy just as if you were sitting at her table. We offer the best in "Fried Chicken and Homemade Waffles." Nana G's Chik-n-Waffles may be "New" to the street scene but her recipe's goes back 75 years. Allow us to share this experience with you.

• NECTAR

The Nectar Food Truck menu will include popular items like: Coconut Mega Smoothie, Chicken and Pesto Panino, Tonic Raw Juice, Tuffle Panino, Cacau Mega Smoothie, Hearts of Palm Panino and more! As a special treat, food truck guests will also have the opportunity to meet Nectar owners Naruna Rangel and Gaurav Malhotra. They will be on hand to answer questions regarding raw juice options, smoothie combinations or everyday healthy eating tips.

• GOTTA HAVE IT

Offering "globally inspired fusion cuisine," Gotta Have It is one of the trucks to find around Atlanta. The array of dishes available is truly dizzying, and even includes gluten-free and vegan options. Find this truck, and taste the world!

• THE PICKLE

The Pickle serves up a delicious mix of tex-mex, southern and bayou specialties. Chicken & Green Chile Quesadillas, Fish Tacos and Etouffée are all crowd favorites.

This truck presents a southern twist on classic Vietnamese dishes, creating what can only be described as the ultimate Asian comfort food. From Pho to Bahn Mi, Viet-Nomie's delivers some of the best Vietnamese food in the ATL!
