Stulberg Publishes Article on Geopolitics of Natural Gas

Professor Adam Stulberg recently published his paper "Out of Gas?: Russia, Ukraine, Europe, and the Changing Geopolitics of Natural Gas" in the journal Problems of Post-Communism. Dr. Stulberg's article examines the change in roles, postures, and relationships among key stakeholders embodied by an emerging Europe-Eurasian gas network. The Nunn School is very proud of Dr. Stulberg's achievement.
