This session is intended for individuals interested in proposing new concepts for consideration as part of the Strategic Plan. The focus of the workshop will on describing both the process and timeline we will use as well as how we will be utilizing the new web portal to facilitate this process. Members of the Strategic Plan Advisory Group will walk participants through the proposal and evaluation process. 

Through its newly established process, the Advisory Group will seek to provide access to at least three primary currencies for idea proposers: resources, connections, and visibility. The goal is to encourage collaborative discussion involving individuals or groups proposing ideas. The role Advisory Group members will play is facilitation, working to create connections between new ideas and existing initiatives.
