Bio
Russ Holt serves as an executive staff member of Crossroads providing strategic planning, operational administration, coaching, and mentoring to Crossroads staff. Additionally, Holt is the Operations Catalyst for Mission Carolina providing executive leadership of operations for strategic planning and administration for Mission Carolina’s ministries in the Carolinas.
As a consultant, Holt provides support to the executive operations of the Strategy Office at Unitrends, Inc. providing executive management and leadership in special projects and strategic operations.
Holt spent more than eight years with Dell in a number of leadership roles, most notably as the general manager of the Enterprise Product Group growing servers to the No. 2 position worldwide and reaching over $1B in revenue for storage systems. Prior to his departure, Holt was vice president of Dell’s software development and tools organization where he had worldwide responsibility for the development of embedded platform software and systems management and services tools.
Prior to Dell, Holt spent more than 14 years with NCR Corp. where he held a variety of positions in product management and engineering. Prior to leaving NCR, he was vice president and general manager of its server systems division. Most recently, Holt continues his work in the non-profit sector providing executive and leadership counsel in the areas of strategic planning, business management and leadership development. Holt holds a bachelor's degree in information and computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and he currently serves as chairman of the university’s College of Computing Advisory Board.
