The purpose of this learning experience is to give participants the tools and the confidence to confront their toughest issues with courage, confidence and skill. During this session participants will learn to address attitudinal, behavioral or performance issues, how to confront tough issues with confidence and skill, how to clarify what is at stake if nothing changes, all the while enriching relationships through honest, respectful discussion. Understanding a situation fully is the first step to dealing with it effectively. Learn to address negative behaviors well, or risk those behaviors becoming the norm. The key is building confrontation skills so you are able to address issues and concerns head on.
