The team conversation model is a structured approach for considering multiple, competing perspectives. Team conversations training provides skills for conducting meetings that result in the best possible decision for the organization. Together, teams build an environment of inclusion where everyone—both external and internal processors—shares insights and is heard. Through this experience participants will learn to solve recurring problems, expand diversity of thought and inclusion, gain the confidence to make high-stakes decisions, develop buy-in, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement action plans.
