- Event planning: when and what types of gatherings to have (we might even plan our meeting and training calendar in advance!)
- Leadership responsibilities: decide what responsibilities our leaders are signing up for (they don't have to be identical, but they do need to be shared)
- Leadership organization: decide how we will manage leadership transitions
