Head of the South Regatta

More than 2,500 out-of-town rowers, coaches, and visitors will convene at the 2014 Head of the South (HOTS) Regatta.
The race course on the Savannah River allows the best possible viewing by spectators. It will start at the Hammonds Ferry development in North Augusta, go past the River Walk Amphitheater, and finish near the Augusta Boathouse venue. There will be plenty of prime regatta viewing areas at each of these locations. At the Augusta Boathouse venue, you also will be able to mingle with the competitors and learn all about the great sport of rowing. There will be food and drinks and associated vendors available at the Boathouse venue from 7:30 AM till 4:30 PM.
