Tobacco Cessation Sessions for Students, Faculty and Staff
Primary tabs
If you’re looking to kick the habit for good, Stamps Health Services is here to help!
Students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in free tobacco cessation group sessions brought to you by the American Lung Association's Freedom from Smoking® program.
Group sessions will convene every Tuesday* in room 205 of Stamps Health Services from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. starting Tuesday, September 23 and ending on Tuesday, November 4, 2014.
As a bonus, faculty and staff who participate in the Freedom from Smoking cessation program are eligible to receive over the counter (OTC) nicotine replacement products including skin patches, chewing gum and lozenges free of charge. Students who have paid their health fee may receive OTC nicotine replacement products free charge without attending the group cessation program.
Learn more about these cessation programs by visiting the Stamps Health website or send an email to cessation@gatech.edu to request additional information.
*During the week of October 14, classes will meet Tuesday, October 14 and Thursday, October 16.
