Earliest date to send OPT applications to USCIS

Students who will graduate in fall 2014 semester or will apply for pre-completion OPT for spring 2015 semester may send their application to USCIS for review. Before submitting an application to OIE for a new I-20, please review the tutorial and information found on our OPT website at oie.gatech.edu/opt.
