This unique conference will feature 30+ esteemed speakers, primarily innovators from underrepresented groups, and an invite-only audience comprised of 400+ influential business and thought leaders across diverse fields. While intimate in its structure, the event has global impact, as all the talks are recorded and rebroadcast through online and traditional media partnerships.

Our goal is to inspire the next generation of potential innovators, particularly blacks, Latinos and women, by showcasing excellence, and by providing access to the resources necessary to increase their likelihood of success. The ultimate intent is to reach millions and to feed the national dialogue about the importance of greater diversity in the entrepreneurial and tech ecosystems while also providing role models for those whom we may be able to inspire.
