Be Well Series: "What Makes You Crazy at Work?"

A 45-minute briefing designed to inform and teach participants about the types of communication and how they contribute to a “crazy-making” interaction. By the end of the workshop, participants will have the tools to engage with colleagues and clients with ease and clarity.

Define and discern the difference between four types of communication:

  • Avoidance
  • Passive-Aggressive
  • Aggressive
  • Assertive

Using role-play and group problem solving, each of the four types of communication will be illustrated using scenarios provided by the participants.Join us for a fast-paced, informative and yes, fun look at how communication styles make us crazy.
