A 45-minute briefing designed to inform and teach participants about the types of communication and how they contribute to a “crazy-making” interaction. By the end of the workshop, participants will have the tools to engage with colleagues and clients with ease and clarity.
Define and discern the difference between four types of communication:
- Avoidance
- Passive-Aggressive
- Aggressive
- Assertive
