The International Association for Energy Economics (IAEE) has invited Dr. Matthew E. Oliver to present his research on natural gas pipelines at the 37th IAEE International Conference.  The conference will be held June 15-18, 2014 at the New Yorker Hotel in Manhattan, New York City.  The paper Dr. Oliver will be presenting is entitled “Optimal Capacity and Two-Part Pricing for Natural Gas Pipelines under Alternative Regulatory Constraints”, and is coauthored by David Finnoff and Charles F.
