Aperture Cuba: A New Look Inside Cuba's Past, Present and Future

Inspired by the powerful and dynamic format of the world renowned TED talks, Roots of Hope will be bringing an incredible lineup of speakers from Cuba and the US who will cover everything from activism, national identity, art, and youth culture, to the economic and anthropological changes happening on the island today.  Attendees willl have a chance to hear from everyday people who have powerful stories to share. Folks like Orlando Luis Pardo, independent blogger, and Ailer González from Estado de SATS, everyday Cubans who are writing an important new chapter in the island's history.
