The National Bureau of Economic Research published a working paper (No. 19555) written by Prof. Tibor Besedes and Prof. Thomas J. Prusa of Rutgers University titled "Antidumping and the Death of Trade." The paper shows that antidumping actions result in complete cessation of imports from countries affected by antidumping investigations and order.
