The goal of this two-session workshop is to help participants learn concepts and skills to identify and modify the thought patterns that cause negative moods. It is particularly appropriate for those experiencing depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and excessive anxiety.

Please note that this workshop is intended only for current clients of the Counseling Center.
