MATERIAL HANDLING 101 COURSE OFFERING

In conjunction with Modex 2014 and the 2014 Georgia Logistics Summit, the Supply Chain & Logistics Institute offers its Material Handling 101: Fundamentals, Analysis and Selection professional education course. The workshop provides an introduction to the field of material handling including systems analysis, equipment selection, and the relationship of material handling to other activities and operations of the industrial plant or warehouse. Presented around the world in various forms for more than 30 years, it is the definitive introduction to the field and an excellent refresher course for those who want an update on the latest trends. The two-day course, held March 17th & 18th at the Georgia World Congress Center, will include case examples and a guided exercise to ensure mastery of the techniques presented.
